Emergency Procedures
Agent Failure
If an agent fails:
- Check EXECUTION-STATE.json for error details
- Review agent's phase documentation
- Option A: Retry agent with fix
- Option B: Manual intervention
- Option C: Rollback using ROLLBACK-STRATEGY.md
Deadlock Detection
If agents are waiting indefinitely:
- Check for circular dependencies (shouldn't exist)
- Check for orphaned lock files
- Review EXECUTION-STATE.json
- Manually release locks if needed
Coordination Failure
If agents lose sync:
- Pause all agents
- Review EXECUTION-STATE.json
- Identify completed vs. pending phases
- Resume from last known good state
