Summary

Implements a reusable React camera capture component for the OCR Smart Capture epic
Uses getUserMedia API for camera access on mobile (iOS Safari, Android Chrome) and desktop
Includes translucent guidance overlays for VIN (~6:1 aspect ratio), receipt (~2:3), and document capture
Post-capture crop tool with draggable corner/edge handles and touch support
File input fallback for desktop browsers and unsupported devices
Supports HEIC, JPEG, PNG formats (sent as-is to server, no client-side conversion)
Full mobile responsiveness (320px - 1920px)
